Seelaunch LLC provides AI automation, workflow automation, SaaS tools, and social media management services for businesses and agencies.

4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, tools, and software provided by Seelaunch LLC remain the intellectual property of Seelaunch LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Seelaunch LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time without prior notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
